Today, Christy and Sarah are joined by Kate Kleintank, Director of Adult Faith Formation for the pastorate of St. Paul and Church of the Resurrection in Ellicott City, Maryland.  Kate has held numerous catechetical leadership roles in parishes across the Archdiocese of Baltimore in a career that has spanned more than 20 years. 

Kate shares some great stories about her life, ministry, and how we can best connect with those with special needs and their families. 

This week Christy and Sarah chat with Paul Jarzembowski about his new book Hope from the Ashes (Paulist Press) and what he wish he would have known when he started out in ministry. Some great ideas as we move through Lent.

This week Christy and Sarah are joined by Nicole Perone from ESTEEM a college leadership ministry. We talk about how to keep connected with College students and create fertile soil for when they return to parish life after their collegiate experiences.
