This week we hear from someone who has given his all to ministry and discerned stepping back. Topher Darragh was a youth minister in the Archdiocese of Baltimore and now works in IT in the public sector. He has some words of wisdom based on experience and years of processing what he wish he knew or could have done better. Christy and Sarah are grateful for Topher's honesty and candor in this weeks episode.... In the end "none of us really now what's going on... We're doing our best."
